It would be awesome if in the next version you could implement mp3 recording or put a limitless option for the size of the files. The only decent encoding is wav right now, and for a 28s call it takes more than 2MB of space that means that in a long call (like with Verizon and other operators)I'll fill the file before it I finish the conversation.
When dealing with phone operators it's really important to have it recorded so... If you could make it possible your software would become just perfect.
I sent a recording to my email, than tried to listen to it on my laptop, but I could not open the file. What app or software should I use in order to open the audio file on my laptop?
I cant get this to work on my Droid X. The problem I'm having is getting a playback. Ive tried changing the "Audio Source" from Mic to Voice Uplink to Voice Downlink. When I try to play back the message, I dont get anything. The message exists... it says the length of the message like 15 minutes or whatever. The file is there, but I dont think Im picking up any audio. Ive alo tried recording with the speaker both on and off in all three audio sources. What else could I be doing wrong? Is this really compatible with a Droid X? I paid for the pro edition. Thanks
I have the same problem, with not being able to use Voice uplink or downlink. I worked with my previous OS for my Samsung Galaxy s2, but after upgrading to ICS I also got the messege "your devise does not support this option".
i saved 3 recordings from inbox and they were playing properly for 2 days and now they aren't playing they show up in the saved thing but the size is now 0 byte and they aren't playing, would you tell me what am i suppose to get them back.
Inbox size should be in number of days not number of calls. The softwares max limit is 100 when i have around 300 calls per day! Plz improve this, and if you improve this plz inform me on nift.vivek@gmail.com so that i can reinstall the software.
I have a Galaxy S III and've tried all the settings and none of them can record both sides so audible. What setting should I do? In addition to the configuration of the application, which will have to configure anything in the settings of the phone calls? Any suggestions, because I installed the main applications to record calls and none of them can record both sides perfectly.
What's up with the permissions? Why do you need to make outgoing phone calls? Why do you need to intercept outgoing phone calls and modify the numbers (according to the permissions)?
Hello, awesome app! more awesome when created the sync to dropbox feature! it would be nicer if i can bulk upload to dropbox, instead of uploading one record at a time. time consuming!
Auto Call Recorder (free) was working fine for some time. Then it started to record only at half-speed. On playback it sounds almost like whales' talking. It is surely a recording issue, not playback, I checked the recorded amr files even on PC, same slowed down sound. I had to increase the speed (Audacity with FFMpeg plugin) with exactly 100 % to make it sound natural.
I cannot decide whether:
- it is because of some sort of a trial period ending hardcoded in the software, and this is the way I am forced to buy the non-free version, - or it is just a technical issue.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 (GT-S5600D), Gingerbread, kernel version 2.6.38.6, latest Auto Call Recorder (free version). Automatic updates (google play/android market) on.
If anyone has a solution for the slow recording described above, please publish it.
Hi Szekeres Dávid... Same problem here. The problem is not the free version because i have the pro version and i can record only at half-speed. I've tried changing the "Audio Source" from Mic to Voice Uplink to Voice Downlink but does't work. With Mic option the speed is ok but i can only hear my voice. I've tried on Sony Xperia Miro. Have you find a solution? Thanks in advance.
